Reporting to the Supervisor of Bylaw Services, the Bylaw Services Coordinator will provide administrative support to the By-law department and will receive and process all short-term accommodation and licensing applications on behalf of the department. This position is the first point of contact for the department and will respond to telephone calls, emails and in person inquiries, while providing exceptional customer service in accordance with County policies and procedures.

The current rate of pay for this position is $29.99 to $31.41 per hour, as per Band 7 of CUPE Local 2275’s Collective Agreement. Compensation also includes a competitive benefit package and membership in OMERS, a defined benefit pension plan.
