We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position involves a variety of customer service, sales, food preparation, stocking, and cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process payments.
• Assist customers with purchases and inquiries.
• Sell lottery and alcohol products in accordance with regulations.
• Prepare and package food products.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays and assist with deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment, and taking out garbage.
• Assist with inventory and maintain accurate cash and sales records.
• Follow all company, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Report maintenance, safety, or inventory concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable handling cash and using a cash register/computer.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stoop, and lift.
