Duties:

• personal care and assistance with activities of daily living;
• companionship and respite; meal preparation;
• light housekeeping/laundry;
• mobility assistance;
• dementia support and redirection;
• medication reminders/assistance within PSW scope;
• appointment/community accompaniment;
• observing and reporting changes in client condition;
• documentation;
• following individualized care plans,
• infection-control practices and Stillwater policies

Qualifications:

• PSW certificate/diploma;
• current Standard First Aid & CPR;
• valid driver’s license;
• reliable vehicle and appropriate auto insurance;
• strong communication and time-management skills;
• dependable, compassionate and comfortable working independently in clients’ homes.
• must provide a vulnerable sector check.
