Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a friendly, memorable tasting room experience.
• Serve wine and educate guests about Traynor Family Vineyard wines and winemaking practices.
• Answer guest questions and share the story of the vineyard.
• Provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with vineyard, garden, and cellar tasks as needed.
• Support bottling and other winery operations during busy periods.
• Maintain clean and organized guest and work areas.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smart Serve Certification required.
• Friendly, courteous, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift approximately 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of wine and the wine industry is considered an asset.
