The Prince Edward County Community Care for Seniors Association is seeking an experienced Administration (Admin) Co-ordinator to lead the day-to-day operation of our administrative office.
For 49 years, Community Care has helped older adults throughout Prince Edward County live well at home, stay active and feel connected to their community. Our team of staff and hundreds of volunteers provide programs and services that support independence, dignity and quality of life.
About the Position
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administration Co-ordinator oversees the daily operation of the administrative office and reception area while supervising administrative staff, placement students and front desk volunteers.
This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally while providing exceptional service to clients, volunteers, donors, community partners and the public.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and staff, oversee office systems and records, coordinate the annual Tag Day fundraising campaign, and help ensure Community Care continues to provide outstanding service to older adults throughout Prince Edward County.
The successful candidate will have:
· Successful Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check.
· Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence with daily use of a reliable vehicle.
· Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
