Foundry & Delphine, located inside Claramount Club in Picton, are seeking energetic and professional Bartenders who are passionate about hospitality, cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Provide exceptional service while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
• Recommend beverages and pairings based on guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Smart Serve regulations and responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Valid Smart Serve Certification (required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and cocktails is an asset.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
