We are looking to expand our team! We are currently hiring a Front of House Team Member!

BaBS Bakery (the Bakery and Bistro Spot) is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Front of House Team Member to join our growing bakery team. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for great food and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and serve customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Take orders accurately and handle payments (cash & POS system)
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and bakery items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front counter and dining area
• Restock display cases and keep products looking fresh and appealing
• Answer customer questions about products and make recommendations
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
• 15- 20 hours per week, mostly afternoon shifts e.g.. 11am – 5pm

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
• Previous café, bakery, or restaurant experience is an asset (but not required)
• Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings
