Retail Salesperson

Aqua Bay Ltd. in Belleville is seeking a full-time Retail Salesperson.

Responsibilities & Duties

The Primary responsibilities of the sales associate is to provide customers with appropriate information and assistance to complete customer’s product purchase. To perform a water analysis and to advise customers on the use and care of products. To process sales quickly, accurately, efficiently, and perform cash register operations.

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service
• Water testing (No experience required)
• Knowledgeable of all in-store products
• Attention to detail person and who can excel in a fast paced work environment
• Advice customers on the use and care of merchandise, provide advice concerning specialized products or services
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Accurately complete daily balancing and closing
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests
• Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards
• Aid customers in locating merchandise in store
• Assist in setting up merchandise displays
• Answer customer’s questions and provide information on product and policies
• Ensure all advertising and marketing literature is displayed and available to customers
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures
• Self-start; able to perform duties without constant direction
• Ensure that products are stocked on a daily basis
• Generate sales with exceptional service
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
• Ability to lift 50lbs
