Receptionist

Royal Property Management in Belleville is seeking a temporary Receptionist. This would be a 6–8-week contract beginning at the end of May which would be perfect for a student or anyone looking for a great opportunity to build office experience for your resume!

Job Duties: 

  • Responsible for managing front counter, helping incoming clients
  • Answer phone, take payments and post payments
  • Calling for maintenance issues, and fielding calls for managers
  • Photo-coping invoices and stamping for payment, opening mail and distributing
  • Inputting invokes, keeping excel spreadsheets up to date, postage upkeep, and ordering supplies.
  • all other clerical front desk duties

Qualifications:

  • As you will be the first face of the company, you must have great customer service sills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills and attention to detail

Additional Information:

  • Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday
  • Wage is $15.00/hr
