Inside Sales / Parts Counter Assistant

Brighton Automotive & Colborne Carquest is seeking Inside Sales / Parts Counter Assistants. Part-time and Full-time available.

Brighton Automotive is a family owned and operated company that has grown substantially in 30 years, while keeping their main focus on helping clients from all over Ontario find the auto parts and paint supplies, they need.

Job Duties: 

• Provide exceptional service to customers both in person and on the phone
• Use of computer system to search parts based on make and model of vehicle
• Ring through customer orders using POS system
• Answer phones and assist in part inquiries
• Prepare orders for delivery
• Openness to learn how to make hydraulic hoses
• Assist with store cleaning and maintenance

Skills/Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems an asset
• Able to provide great customer service/sales
• Must be reliable and willing to learn

Additional Information:

• Driver’s license preferred in order to run deliveries
• Flexible to work at both Brighton & Colborne locations
• Must be bondable
• Wage dependent on experience
• Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 and every other Saturday 8-noon
• Eligible for benefits after probationary period
