The Vic is under new ownership and is looking for a team with a passion for excellent service, lots of energy and a passion for providing a fantastic guest experience.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execution of food preparation and service
  • Preparation of food ensuring quality, consistency and presentation are meeting all winery and health standards
  • Keeping work area clean including all tools and equipment are properly sanitized. Assist the service team with cleaning service dishes.
  • Ensure proper labelling and storage of food products
  • Assist with maintaining proper inventory controls and ordering systems


  • Must have food handlers certification or equivalent
  •  1-year cook experience preferred
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods
  • Demonstrated team player and willingness to learn
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and guests.
  •  Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  •  Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Rate of pay $18 – $24, depending on experience
