Diary Operation – Farm Hand

Dairyhirst Farms in Campbellford, ON is looking to hire a Farm Hand for their Dairy Operation.

Job Duties:

• Milking
• Bedding Calves & Heifers
• Feeding Calves
• Cleaning and Sanitizing the Milk house to Government Regulations
• Other Farm Related Chores as required

Qualifications:

• Be comfortable around animals
• Be able to physically lift 50lbs or greater
• Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Be detailed orientated
• Be able to work as a Team as well as independently
• Be able to show compassion to animal welfare
• Be able to work in all weather conditions

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Part Time
• Hours: Early Mornings, Afternoons, Some Every Other Day Shifts
• Schedule: Can be flexible based on needs of the business
