Bookkeeper/Office Administration Assistant

Hartford and Stein Group Union Realty is looking to fulfill the position Of Bookkeeper/Office Admin Assistant.

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • The financial and record keeping for the office including:
  • Excel spreadsheets
  • Paying bills and record keeping
  • Company bank accounts
  • Monthly reconciliation
  • Lone Wolf and Top Pro programs (we will train)
  • Filing
  • Office supply management
  • Assorted office duties

Skill Requirements & Qualifications

This position requires someone who:

  • Works independently and is OK being alone
  • Numbers/math oriented
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Able to be welcoming to clients at the office
  • Knowledge of computer programs (basic)
  • Willing to learn Employer’s real estate tracking systems (we will train)

Additional Information

  • The position will be 2 or 3 days a week. (Hours to be decided)
  • Pay is commensurate with ability and experience
