Youth Habilitation Quinte Inc.’s Employment Ontario Employment Services Program, known as Career Edge, requires an Administrative Clerk to support our employment services programs in its Belleville location. This is a part-time, permanent position of 21 hours (3 days) per week, effective immediately.

We also connect people to education, training, community services and a variety of other programs. Who You Are
As a detail-oriented and organized professional with a solid administrative background, ideally within employment or social services, you thrive in dynamic environments where your multitasking abilities shine. Your exceptional customer service skills and proficiency with various software programs make you an asset to our Employment Services team.
In the role of Administrative Clerk, you play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your meticulous attention to detail, combined with your adaptability to shifting priorities, allows you to efficiently manage a high volume of data entry, schedule and coordinate meetings, and support client follow-ups. You are comfortable interacting with the public and navigating Ministry guidelines, always maintaining a collaborative spirit across all departments.
Skills We’re Looking for:
· Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficient in computer skills, including Windows, Outlook, word processing, spreadsheets, database systems, and internet browsers
· Strong skills in filing systems, office procedures, and maintaining organized records
· Comfortable interacting with the public and handling various situations with professionalism
· Effective time management skills to meet timelines and targets by prioritizing tasks
Qualifications Required:
· Preference will be given to an individual with a Community/Business College Diploma in a related field
· Minimum of two years of related experience, ideally in an administrative role within an employment or social services setting
· Valid driver’s licence
