What’s the lowdown on the gig?

You’ll be the superhero handling incoming service calls, teaming up with Sales to nail those orders, and ensuring our clients get top-notch service, and yes, you’ll even be making some outbound calls to spread the OT Group love! Plus, you’ll be the wizard behind the scenes, managing warranties, coordinating shipments, and rocking general office duties like a pro.

What’s in your superhero toolkit?

  • 2+ years of admin awesomeness (bonus if it’s in the tech world)
  • Post-Secondary education, preferably in Admin
  • Microsoft Office skills that could rival a superhero
  • Customer service charm that’s professional and friendly
  • Jedi-like organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and adapt like a chameleon
