St. Leonard’s Community Support, Prevention and Residential Services are looking for a responsible evening Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our Residential facility. The role is a complex one as He/She will not just be someone who supervises the work of others; this supervisor is also responsible for supporting, encouraging staff, resolving issues and serving as a link between staff and upper management. The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively to ensure our mandates are met.
The ideal candidate will be a competent individual with a minimum three-year diploma or Degree in the Social Sciences or as related to youth justice.
He/She will have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Residential Supervisor who will be able to guide and train employees.
He/She will be well-versed in processes of Ministry compliance for Transfer Payment Recipient.
