County Chiropractic Centre is looking for a dynamic individual to fill an exciting position at our chiropractic and massage practice. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and independent person to join our team of wellness professionals for part time work. Job Description:

  • Greet patients with a smile and make sure kids and families feel welcomed and comfortable
  • Answer phones with energy and enthusiasm
  • Schedule appointments
  • Filing, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing
  • Typing and computer proficient
  • Using software systems for accounting, billing, booking, invoices, and general record keeping
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies, items for sale and supplies
  • Booking and services and customer follow-up
  • Managing payments and end of day cash
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Manage the flow of patients at the front desk and direct individuals to the correct rooms
  • Make sure the office and clinic practitioners are prepared for their shifts and rooms are set up for the days appointments
  • Light cleaning, keeping the office presentable and organized

 

 

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to focus attention on client needs, remaining professional and courteous at all times
  • Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively as a member of a team
