This position is full time for coverage of the balance of a maternity leave to Sept/Oct 2019.
The Office Administrator is responsible for the day to day operations. Considerable efficiency is required in effectively handling the workload, and ensuring an efficient flow of production of regular duties and any other assignments as required. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Education – Completion of post secondary education in Business or Office Administration; or a minimum of 2 years related experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Experience/Skills: Accurate typing with a minimum of 60 wpm, with computer/word processing background preferred. Mathematical skills are necessary. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational, inter-personal and communication skills, take pride in their work and be a team player. This position requires a reliable, efficient, highly organized individual, who can multi-task and pay great attention to detail.
