Maintenance Custodian

 

10 to 15 hours per week as required .     Flexible hours.

 

Successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the building is secured when unoccupied, check and refresh supplies as needed for special events, ensure garbage and recycling is at roadside for municipal pickup, light maintenance duties such as changing of light bulbs, recharging emergency lights, provide opening and closing services for functions when outside regular Church office hours, provide set up and break down of tables and chairs as required for authorized functions, Ensure outside steps and walks are clear of debris or snow, mow and trim lawns as required, arrange plowing and sanding of parking lot from approved suppliers

 

Candidate must have physical ability to operate and or move commercial cleaning equipment, tables, chairs, ladder, snow blower, lawn mower and lawn trimmer. Maintenance experience is an asset.

 

Must have own transportation.
