Hardscape Crew Team Leader

Our Company is celebrating its 13th year in business in 2024, and we continue to grow! We are looking to hire an experienced Landscape Crew Team Leader to join our team. 

This position requires the successful candidate to oversee all manner of landscape projects from initial site preparation and organization to final project completion. Projects can involve driveways, pool areas, patios and walkways, retaining walls, fencing, decks, natural stone work and garden beds… towards the culmination of a fully integrated design.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of proven installation experience and a valid G driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• The candidate must be detail-oriented, efficient and take pride in their work.
• Carpentry skills are an asset but not essential
• Must have experience in operating heavy equipment and power tools associated with landscaping.
• Must be able to understand and execute from technical drawings and sketches.
• Most importantly, must be reliable and able to organize and motivate their hardscape team to work efficiently, professionally and to inspire enthusiasm for the projects.

Additional Information

• Shift hours 44-50 hours/week, and flexible shortened Fridays.
• Rate of pay is dependent on experience.
• Receive an end of season performance bonus.
• We are a Living Wage Employer.
