Job Description:

The Gallery Cafe at Native Renaissance requires a skilled and motivated Chef. Your cooking will be required to delight diners with its tastiness, its artistic presentation, and its timeliness. 

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a skilled and motivated Chef
• Focus on presentation and details
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills

 Job Responsibilities:

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
• Ensure outstanding presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Check quality of ingredients
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
