Description

A Quinte West area Construction company has an opportunity for a Bookkeeping and Office Admin position.

Job Duties:

  • Bookkeeping and recording financial transactions/data entry
  • Maintaining office supplies, handling mail, filing records
  • Assisting clients in person, by email, telephone and providing exceptional customer service
  • Providing quotes for products and services
  • Scheduling jobs, ordering materials

 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge & previous experience with bookkeeping practices and accounts payable, receivable and payroll
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Post secondary education related to accounting services is preferred
  • Previous experience in the construction field would be an asset

  • Position is full time with opportunity for advancement
  • Salary is $35 000 to $45 000/yr depending on experience, benefits available
  • Valid driver’s licence is required
