We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Belleville, Ontario.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate acts as a customer advocate within the team that works to build a strong ongoing relationship with our regional dealers in conjunction with the field sales team. The Customer Service Representative will work to strengthen our sales relationship with our customer accounts across the regional, working with them on order placement, review processes, inventory and substitution strategies, streamlining the order to receipt procedures, and after sales service. After sales service includes inspecting product returns and making decisions regarding warranty coverage, manual repair of certain products in-house, and managing/maintaining warranty inventory of raw materials for the repair shop. This role is accountable for meeting targeted metrics and providing relationship excellence to their assigned customer base.
This position will be of interest to candidates that possess outstanding communication skills, a high level of organizational and problem solving skills, attentiveness to customers, a technical aptitude and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Individuals with a sporting goods background would be considered an asset.
