Description

A Belleville area small engine repair shop is seeking an Administrative Support Clerk to assist with the daily operations of the business.

 

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Bookkeeping and recording financial transactions/data entry
  • Reception duties as required
  • Maintaining office supplies, handling mail, filing records
  • Assisting clients in person, by email, telephone and providing exceptional customer service
  • Supporting the shop with other related duties as required in a team environment

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous accounting/bookkeeping skills and experience with SAGE is preferred but employer is willing to train
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, (written and oral)
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Must be able to work well in a fast paced team environment
  • Excellent computer skills

 

Additional Information:

  • Position is full time
  • Wage is to be determined based on experience
