Bonn Law is seeking an Administrative Legal Assistant/Law Clerk for their Trenton and Belleville offices.

Job Duties:

  • Organization of files & records
  • Speaking and engaging with the public
  • Various administrative duties including but not limited to: answering phones, arranging courier deliveries, filing and general office work



  • Post-secondary diploma/degree
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to provide a criminal record check upon offer of employment 


Additional Information:

  • This position requires excellent organization & time management skills with the experience to prioritize a high volume of tasks or complete priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be self-directed but also able to work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Prior employment in a legal setting is not required but the ideal applicant will be an enthusiastic, energetic person seeking a challenging position and thrive in a learning environment.
  • Wages will be TBD based on experience and benefit entitlement after successfully passing probationary period.
