Read’s Accounting located in Trenton is seeking an Administrative Clerk for immediate employment.

Job Duties:

  • Duties would include filing, organizing and distribution of incoming mail and office correspondence, as well as sorting and organizing client’s month-end work.

 

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office experience and training, including Outlook, word and excel. Previous office experience necessary and Sage 50 experience an asset.
  • Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills
  • Organized individual who can multitask in a fast pace, busy office environment

 

Additional Information:

  • Flexible hours available. Looking for someone who wants part-time to full-time hours.
  • Wage to be determined
