Description

A Construction Project Management Company in Trent Hills that specializes in commercial and retail construction/renovations is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant.                                

Job Duties:

  • Answering phones and taking messages; directing client inquiries
  • Providing excellent Customer Service
  • Data entry into spreadsheets and QuickBooks
  • Creating invoices
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Maintaining office files and organization

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer skills and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, Outlook, emails and calendar use
  • Must be comfortable with data entry and use of spreadsheets
  • Previous experience in a construction environment or knowledge of construction terms would be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, well organized
  • Must be able to work independently

 

Additional Information:

  • Position is for 12-18hrs/wk, schedule is flexible from Monday-Friday
  • Wage is $16-$18/hr depending on experience
