We currently have a full time job position available in a well-established company based in Campbellford that provides high quality products and services. This position is responsible for the coordination of administrative and accounting.


  • Maintain financial records using bookkeeping software and spreadsheets.
  • Balance deposits (cheques, cash, wire transfers and e-transfer,)
  • Perform Accounts Receivable functions including billing and collections.
  • Write up letters, sales contracts and quotes as required.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Perform Accounts Payable functions
  • Responsible for all Government Remittances.
  • General office administrative duties such as faxing, scanning documents, filing, maintaining records, etc.
  • Monitor petty cash fund & other duties as required.

Education and Qualifications

  • Experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in computer applications: Sage Accounting and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to set priorities and organize work accordingly in a busy office setting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
