Outbound Telesales and Executive Account Representative Summary Work with existing accounts and develop new accounts in a specified geographic region. Grow and drive sales. A thorough understanding of products and services and the ability to showcase the benefits and specialized features to finalize/influence a potential business transaction is required. Crucial to the position is the ability to log information in a CRM data base for customer profiling and sales tracking.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Motivated to improve knowledge and boost performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Contact targeted accounts (existing or new) to advise of products/promotions and secure an order.
Identify and contact potential accounts
Work with customer list and perform those tasks and responsibilities as required by Management.
Meet sales goals and objectives as detailed by Management. Essential qualities:
Essential qualities: Build excellent rapport with customers and have good listening skills. Ability to organize thoughts in a clear persuasive manner. Polite and friendly telephone manner. Team player with a passion to succeed. Motivated by achieving targets and meeting deadlines. Be personable and proficient in verbal and written communication. Prepare productivity reports and maintain proper customer contact records. Assist with selections, problems and questions regarding company products.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management, thus projecting a positive image of the company. Process customer orders and provide follow-up as required. Support sales team and customer service team when needed. Other projects as assigned. RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS: Internal: Close contact with all departments. External: Close contact with Retailers, Consumers, and Territory Managers. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school education and at least 2 years’ experience in related telesales area. LANGUAGE SKILLS: French and English essential. Appropriate telephone etiquette skills.
