Description

Wooden Horse Software Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales/Client Services candidate to start immediately. Wooden Horse Software Inc. provides mobile application solutions to companies that have high-value employees working in the field such as Service Technicians, Engineers and Public Service Workers. Our head office is located at the PEC Innovation Centre with team members located across North America. We also have a shared office facility available in both Toronto and Kingston for client meetings.

Job Description:

Initial contact person to request online demo appointments for new prospects, follow up with existing clients on new opportunities and assist with new client onboarding.

  • Engage in open, honest, and transparent communication with clients, team members, and management
  • Manage sales opportunities and business relationships over the phone and in-person when required
  • Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales objectives
  • Focus on understanding an organization’s business drivers, challenges, pain points and value sell of the platform
  • Work with team members to establish goals and priorities
  • Advise management on current issues or ideas for best practices and policies
  • Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, business objectives, etc.
  • Effective Data Management through internal and external sources such as CRM, social media, events, and networking
  • Download and input companies and potential leads into the CRM tool
  • Attend weekly company status update meetings remotely and in-person when required
  • Attend networking, business, and technology-related meetings in the GTA, and where relevant and/or directed.
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for business development and/or business capture

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Sales experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Professional phone demeanour.
  • Ability to use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to connect with clients.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Reliable
